Fleur de Lys, Online Foie Gras Shop and Recipes

To provide worldwide gourmet food lovers with the finest premium-quality French foie gras, Fleur-de-Lys.fr has carefully selected an exclusive group of small, indepent, uniquely dedicated producers.

All of them are established in the South West of France, a region renowned for its old foie gras processing tradition. They run small farms, breeding less than 5000 fowls a year, in the open air, in their natural state, and perpetuate the time-honored artisanal methods, from duck and goose breeding to foie gras processing.

Fleur-de-Lys.fr thus offers a unique collection of succulent, carefully selected, traditionally flavored and naturally preserved foie gras, directly delivered from the French artisans to your door.

Here is the list of our producers:

Ferme d'Emboly   Ferme d'Emboly (Lot)

Situated in the Dordogne valley, the Emboly Farm is specialized in duck breeding and foie gras processing. In the last 25 years, the farm has been rewarded several times by the French Department of Agriculture and the European Union for the quality of its products.
Ferme des Mouliots   Ferme des Mouliots (Gers)

Settled in the Gers region since the 18th century, the Mouliots Farm has been breeding ducks for 4 generations. Rewarded twice at the "Foies d'Or" National Contest, they go on perpetuating the long-lasting tradition of duck breeding and foie gras processing.
Fermes de Boutières   Fermes de Boutières (Lot)
