Fleur-de-Lys.fr offers a wide range of carefully selected, traditionally flavored and naturally preserved duck and goose fully-cooked foie gras. We conscientiously evaluate each and every product we sell according to taste, texture, color, homogeneity, safety and composition criteria.
Our complete line of foie gras proceeds from the South West of France, a traditional foie gras producing area (see Producing Areas section). We made a selection of small, independent, uniquely dedicated producers which follow time-honored processing methods (cf Processing page). All of our producers run small farms, breeding less than 5000 fowls a year, in the open air, in their natural state, thus perpetuating the foie gras tradition. Unlike industrial processes, these traditional working methods are a guarantee of the animals' well-being and the high quality of the final product.
