Fleur-de-Lys.fr Company Information

Fleur de Lys is a French company dedicated to providing worldwide gourmet food aficionados with an exclusive selection of the finest, most flavorful, premium-quality French foie gras.

Fleur de Lys is specialized in fully-cooked foie gras, which is the most common and traditional form of preserved foie gras. Fully-cooked foie gras is obtained through a long process of cooking and sterilization which ensures a shelf life of several years without refrigeration. It is the most commonly consumed type of foie gras in France.

Fleur-de-Lys.fr offers a wide range of carefully selected, traditionally flavored and naturally preserved duck and goose foie gras entiers, blocs de foie gras and foie gras specialties.

We are highly selective about the products we sell. Our complete line of foie gras proceeds from the South West of France, where it was carefully crafted by small, independent, uniquely dedicated producers, following time-honored processing methods, which are a guarantee of the animals’ well-being and the high quality of the final product. All of our producers run small farms, breeding less than 5000 fowls a year, in the open air, in their natural state, thus perpetuating the foie gras tradition.

Fleur de Lys thus achieves two objectives:

We provide consumers all over the world with an access to the real traditional foie gras French people usually consume, which proves to be hard to find in a great number of countries.

We enable small independent French producers to promote and distribute their high quality products out of France.
